356SC COUPE
Signal red, black interior
Ordered on 2 Jan1965 via VW-Porsche Dealer NYC, manufactured in Mar1965. The 1st owner had the car till 1986 and was then stored for 10 years till it was sold to Germany in 1996, where the car was completely restored by specialized companies.
​
In 2000 the car was sold to a private collector.
In 2005 it was sold to the 3rd owner until PACT acquired it in February 2019. The car is in good and mostly original condition, factory color combination, matching engine and transmission numbers. Mileage is 104850km.
Engine: 1571ccm, 95bhp at 5.800 rpm. was the most powerful 356 available in 1965. Very rare!
Gearbox: 4-speed manual.

Delivered to US 1 July 1973, the car remained with one family till it was imported to Germany in 2006.
Carefully driven by just one more owner for 12 years, PACT bought it in 2018.

Between 2006 to 2018, the car has undergone a complete restoration and it was sold because of limited use.
​
As the photos show, this car is in great condition and is still in its factory color combination with matching numbers.

1973 models for the US were equipped with a very reliable K-Jetronic continuous fuel injection engine.
